After – Hours Call Requirements:

(1) Please provide the following information:

• Corporate account name
• Caller name and contact number/s
• Passenger name
• Passenger record locator

(2) The Travel Consultant may also require the following information:

• Passport Name
• Visa details
• Ticket number
• Fare Basis, fare breakdown and or fare restrictions
• Form of payment – cash, credit card or company credit line
